Scullery hand — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Washington County, Maryland. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
