Join our team: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a tool room. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges You will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear.
