Great opportunity: stitching operator (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Marion County, Ohio. The job is at a busy garment factory. Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
