Immediate opening: we are hiring a joiner in Kaiama, Kwara State. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Day-to-day duties: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish 4+ years on the tools preferred.
