We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Bleckley County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Rotating shifts.
