Grill cook — Bethel Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Bethel Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 3+ years on the tools preferred.
