Stamping press operator — Garrard County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Garrard County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy press shop. On a typical shift you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
