Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Phillips County, Kansas. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime Six days a week, one day off.
