Steward — Marion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Marion County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
