Carpenter — Crawford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a carpenter in Crawford County, Georgia. Day to day you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
