Machine setter-operator — Natchitoches Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a packaging factory. What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Your main tasks: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
