Insulation worker • Colbert County, Alabama

Great opportunity: we are hiring an insulation worker in Colbert County, Alabama. You will work on a high-rise façade. Your main tasks: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
