Coating plant operator — Glenn County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Glenn County, California. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
