Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Hickman County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Your main tasks: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
