Surface coating operator wanted in Charlotte County

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Charlotte County, Virginia. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
