Fitter on the line — Cherokee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Cherokee County, Alabama. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Full-time, day shift.
