Immediate opening: grill cook (Delaware)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in New Castle County, Delaware. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
