Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
