Garden maintenance worker — Kanawha County

Now hiring: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Kanawha County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
