Pot washer • Eureka County, Nevada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Eureka County, Nevada. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
