Vacancy available: CNC milling operator (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Midland County, Michigan. You will work at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery 2+ years on the tools preferred.
