What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Rotating shifts.
