Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator in Sibley County, Minnesota. You will be based in a packaging factory. Your main tasks: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
