Thermal insulation technician — Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Jackson County, North Carolina. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Willing to travel between sites Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
