Fabrication workshop technician — Wilkinson County

The role involves: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings 1+ years on the tools preferred.
