Lifting rigger wanted in Calhoun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Calhoun County, Arkansas. You will work at a shipyard. The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. You should have: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
