Day-to-day duties: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites 4+ years on the tools preferred.
