Flatlock machine operator • Wokingham, England

Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Wokingham, England. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
