Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet Six days a week, one day off.
