Dough maker — Weakley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Weakley County, Tennessee. You will be based at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
