Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Brown County, Illinois. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 4+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
