Your main tasks: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 4+ years on the tools preferred.
