AC installation technician — Brazos County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Brazos County, Texas. The job is at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall You should have: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
