Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Delaware County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 5+ years on the tools preferred.
