Immediate opening: CNC programmer-operator (Edo)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Ovia South-West, Edo. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
