Great opportunity: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Wilson County, Texas. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench 6+ years on the tools preferred.
