Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Clark County, Washington. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
