Bakery assistant wanted in Sumaila

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sumaila, Kano State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
