Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
