Turning centre operator • Obi Nwga, Abia State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Obi Nwga, Abia State. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. You will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦245,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
