Join our team: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Douglas County, Missouri. You will work on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
