Backhoe operator — Cass County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Cass County, Indiana. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. The role involves strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly. You should have: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
