CNC programmer-operator wanted in Roberts County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Roberts County, Texas. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. On a typical shift you will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
