Pot washer — Caldwell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Caldwell County, North Carolina. The job is in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off.
