Immediate opening: kitchenhand (Kebbi State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ngaski, Kebbi State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
