Prep cook — Spencer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Spencer County, Indiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
