Captain waiter — Knox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Knox County, Maine. You will work in a coffee shop. You will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
