Die-casting operator • Stillwater County, Montana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Stillwater County, Montana. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand 4+ years on the tools preferred.
