Lifting rigger — Ivo

Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Ivo, Ebonyi State. You will be based at a shipyard. The role involves: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦650 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
