Great opportunity: paint booth operator (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Gilmer County, West Virginia. The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
